lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of the additional protocol to the Agreement between the EC and South Africa, which is intended to take into account the accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the EU. As a result of the accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the EU, the European Parliament will give its assent to the Council’s draft decision concerning the conclusion of the additional protocol to the Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of South Africa, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union. I think that it is particularly important that all the agreements signed by the EU with third countries include Romania, as an EU Member State. Romania is a member of the European family with full rights and must be included in all documents relating to the EU. Romania must enjoy all the rights and obligations of an EU Member State."@en1
