lpv:spoken text	"My British Conservative colleagues and I are very supportive of the contribution made to the European economy by those organisations and enterprises which operate in the 'not-for-profit' sector. Conservatives have a strong belief, for example, in the benefits of communities working together, the work of charitable institutions and the voluntary sector in general, and have recently commissioned extensive research in this area. There are, however, a number of recommendations for new European measures in this report which we are unable to accept. We have therefore decided to abstain."@en1
