I have heard the news that with the Czech presidency’s support, something supposed to be a work of art has been put up in Brussels, which depicts my country, Bulgaria, as a toilet. This is deeply offensive and is contrary to the European Union’s traditions of partnership and mutual respect. This is why we insist that this image is removed immediately by the Czech presidency and by whoever has actually dared to cause such offence to one of the Member States, which we cannot tolerate. If this image is not removed immediately, my colleagues and I will go and remove it personally with our own hands."@en1
