Considering that you hear one side from the Commission about EPAs and then you hear a lot of criticism from NGOs about EPAs, it is very difficult to find out who is correct on this and who is really benefiting from it. But certainly there is consistent criticism and lack of transparency in these EPAs. I would just ask you to comment on that."@en1
