lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I welcome the proposal from the Commission. The question that is being asked is ‘What can Europe do for me?’. I think it is important that we make health care available if it is not available in the home country. As one of the people who has benefited from cross-border health care – but I could afford it – it is important that it is available to everyone right across the Community. However, the issue that arises is that there should not be a delay in making sure that treatment is available. That is one of the things that I think is important in developing this policy."@en1
