lpv:translated text	". − I voted in favour of Catherine Trautmann’s report on electronic communications networks and services because, in my opinion, the legislative framework for electronic communications must be improved in order to offer the consumer more choice, better protection, a cheaper service and improved quality. Together with the creation of a new Body of European Regulators in Telecom, this new legislative framework will ensure better protection of consumers’ private data, increase competition, offer consumers more choice and make contractual terms clearer. It should also be highlighted that the ‘package’ will facilitate access for people with disabilities to telecommunications services."@en1
