lpv:spoken text	"I voted in support of Hélène Flautre’s report on the evaluation of EU sanctions as part of the EU’s actions and policies in the area of human rights. I welcome the rapporteur’s balanced approach towards an important tool of the EU’s common foreign and security policy. Sanctions need to be applied on a case-by-case basis and targeted in a way that avoids affecting innocent parties. I am satisfied that Mrs Flautre’s report adequately covers such points."@en1
