Perhaps there is a problem within the Commission in terms of resources: if there is, we should hear that. Secondly, it takes a very strong-minded citizen to persist with a complaint that is being ignored, and I fear for the many who do not have the time, resources or, perhaps, the ability to keep pushing against the system. How many of those fall by the wayside – or, indeed, is there ever a record kept?"@en1
