I merely wished to say in relation to Mr Rack’s report that I had another two issues to comment on, and I feel the Commissioner is quite sensitive to these. Firstly, I wish to mention the lack of incentives for new professional profiles in connection with urban mobility. I feel that arrangements should be made for them and that they should be taken into account in view of the progress they represent.
