lpv:spoken text	"Mr Markov’s oral question to the Commission on the EU-Gulf Cooperation Council free trade agreement (FTA) is to be supported. An FTA between the EU and the Gulf Cooperation Council should contain provisions on labour and environmental norms and human rights. Without such provisions, the social fibre of FTAs is jeopardised. Calls for a renewal of the mandate need to be acknowledged if the EU hopes to remain credible in defending a socially responsible economic policy throughout the world. I voted in line with my expressed views on this issue."@en1
