Areas such as the system of representation, the organisation’s dispute settlement mechanism and its general legitimacy and transparency all require attention. Indeed, the analysis provided in the report goes a long way in contributing to the debate on these issues. Furthermore, increased participation of and consultation with civil society, developing countries and UN organisations on this debate is also required. These views were reflected in my vote."@en1
