"It has been alleged that if you want an organ transplant in China they can tell you that they will have the organ very soon, and there is the suspicion that they are in fact killing people to order, so to speak. People who are to be executed are being executed to meet these requests. I argued here yesterday with another Commissioner that megaphone diplomacy does not work in the case of China. So, can we take it that the Council will be pursuing other forms of diplomacy with China, because that does work? Will you in particular raise these concerns which have been documented and raised with the Council and Commission in the past?"@en1
