lpv:spoken text	"I welcome Mr. Parish’s report establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products. The proposals to provide a set of harmonised rules in various areas of the industry, such as private storage, import tariff quotas and safeguard measures are a positive move to clarify European agricultural policy. The increase in transparency and simplification of regulation within this sector is much needed and will directly benefit Scottish farmers. I therefore voted in the favour of the report."@en1
