The previous ‘catch-your-eye’ opportunity was because there was no one else that wanted to catch the eye, so it seemed to be an opportunity. I had specifically asked to speak in this Pakistan debate. I put it in writing and I indicated throughout the debate that I wanted to speak. There was no excuse, therefore, for denying me that opportunity, and I had important comments that I wanted to make. I am afraid that I am very disappointed in the way that you have conducted this particular meeting."@en1
