I can confirm that we received a response on 28 September 2007, as the Honourable Member has stated. As I said in my reply, we intend to have a meeting with the Irish authorities about this matter. We will see how we proceed from there. I should point out, also, that Ireland is not the only Member State where there are difficulties like this. My services are hoping to meet the Irish authorities in the very near future, and we will then have to consider what they say and take further steps, if these are required."@en1
