"The legal basis is very clear: it is the LIFE+ Regulation. We evaluate organisations on the basis of this regulation. That means we have particular criteria regarding which organisations may apply, but we do not evaluate the internal structure and the internal organisation.
Concerning the question about transparency, we definitely support transparency. We will provide answers in writing to all the questions you have asked, along with the list that I promised in my answer. I think it is important that the public can monitor the situation, because it is very clear that it is public money that is given to NGOs and the process should be completely transparent.
