lpv:translated text	"Mr President, implementation of the Lisbon Agenda as regards the increase in the number of high-quality jobs requires certain tools. One of these is provided by quarterly statistics on job vacancies in the Community. Eurostat has to have a legal basis for collecting data on job vacancies. An unwritten agreement is not enough and does not guarantee comparability and completeness of data. Now for some specifics. The first amendment means, in practice, an increase in the bureaucratic burden placed on small businesses, but there is an ever-increasing percentage of employees in just such businesses and therefore information about the situation in these businesses is increasingly useful. I support the second amendment, which includes social partners in the implementation of the regulation. Amendment 3 tidies up the method for submitting data even when they are provided voluntarily, which makes it vital. I also support Amendment 17, which guarantees publication of the data, thus creating the possibility of using them to come to practical conclusions. I would like to congratulate the rapporteur."@en1
