lpv:spoken text	"The European Parliamentary Labour Party supports this resolution and its aim to build a strategic cooperation with Russia based on common values, democracy and respect for human rights. In particular we support calls for a positive Russian contribution to finding a sustainable political solution on the issue of Kosovo. We voted in favour of Amendment 3, as there are concerns which should be raised regarding any further build-up of conventional or unconventional weapons on the European continent, and we support continuing bilateral discussions between the US and Russia on this issue."@en¹
