"Thank you for your comments, Mr Moraes. I and my fellow Vice-Presidents who have responsibility for Question Time are always open to ways in which we can improve it and do better, hence the step that we have taken already of inviting Members to come to the front of the Chamber.
With regard to the timing today, it is unfortunate, but I can only say, in respect of your position and that of Mr Mitchell, Mr Staes was here in the room and was able to have his question dealt with although his question followed yours. It is unfortunate, but all I can say to you at the moment is that you have to watch the screens. We could not sit here doing nothing, so we have to proceed to the next question and deal with the business as best we can."@en1
