lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Lehtinen report on cross-border service providers and support moves which will increase consumer confidence in this area. The services sector makes up almost 70% of EU GDP and is continually growing. Nevertheless, consumer confidence remains low in cross-border service transactions and accordingly full advantage is not being taken of the internal market. My group considers that consumer confidence will be best served by the obligations of service providers being clearly set out across the EU so that consumers are adequately protected."@en1
