What position is the Council adopting with regard to this method of operation? Are you concerned by the worsening destabilisation of the wider region by Albanian nationalism? Does the Council finally intend to act in a unified, perceptive and uniform way?
I have read in the New York Times that European diplomats are hastening to pre-empt the Council’s position, which will slavishly follow that of the United States. Why do you not tell us what the diplomats at the Council are saying? We would like a clear answer."@en1
