Six people lost their lives and initial assessments put the material damage at at least EUR 200 million. People have started to rebuild in the affected areas. They are being assisted by the government and large numbers of volunteers, but the scale of the damage is such that we are justifiably also relying on solidarity from the European Union. I am pleased that the European Union has already announced that it will give the matter due attention in terms of aid. Thank you very much too for your attention."@en1
