"This debate is in many ways a continuation of yesterday’s debate on the Brok/Barón Crespo report on Parliament’s position concerning the future of the Constitutional treaty and the new IGC proposed by the German Presidency. I would therefore simply refer members to what I said yesterday on behalf of the Socialist group and wish every success to the 27 heads of government at their meeting later this month, which must agree on a way forward capable of securing 27 ratifications."@en1
