As a result, they cannot execute other acts, such as taking a bank loan, as they are uninsured. In the event of an accident, their families may end up in poverty, because the money will be paid by them. Please could all the European institutions support the disabled, so that they can be insured, taking account of their disability or illness, in the same way as all our fellow citizens."@en1
