"I voted in favour of this report as it will strengthen the provisions of the Commission proposal on the labelling and production of organic food. I am supportive of the use of the European logo (‘EU ORGANIC’) for items containing 95% organic ingredients and the requirement for operators in third countries to provide their national authorities with a certificate issued by a competent Community control body."@en1
