We discussed this with the new Member States and they have been introduced into this scheme from 1 January 2007. If one wants to invest, for example, in bio-energy at the farm level, one can look into the possibilities in the first and the second pillar of the rural development policy on competition and on the environment. So there are different possibilities of looking for specific support for energy purposes."@en1
