"There is also United Nations Human Rights Council resolution number two, from 2006, which clearly emphasises the rights of indigenous peoples to sacred sites. In this case, it is the whole mountain, and especially the water it contains, that constitutes the sacred site. Large quantities of water are used to convey the coal in a pipeline, which means that both the coal and the water from this sacred site are being extracted in a way that deprives the Indians of their rights as indigenous peoples. I do not know whether we in Europe currently have any coal from this mountain. An investigation is under way right now into a possible extension of mining activity."@en1
