lpv:spoken text	"Mr Commissioner, I come from Finland, where we have also opened the postal services market, as has happened in Sweden. I have to say that it was very good that someone from a country where they have not done the same is putting the Swedish and Finnish model forward as an example of the positive consequences that postal market liberalisation has had. The only problem we have seen in those countries where liberalisation has happened earlier than other Member States is that the old monopolies from the Member States that still have a monopoly market have tried to come to our markets and use the liberalisation on their behalf. That has been a very negative consequence of an early opening of markets. So I would like to ask if the Commission intends to keep the deadline and open the markets before 2009. If so, it will get all our support for that."@en1
