"Let me say that what you are referring to is a technical interruption. Of course we have to keep talking to the Russians in order to ensure that these interruptions do not last and so as to prevent them altogether in the future. I think that is for the time being what we are doing and I hope that this current energy dialogue will genuinely result in a building of trust in the future. We have just held a Troika meeting with Russia, and the questions relating to energy in general were discussed. By the way, President Putin has officially said that he accepts the principles enshrined in the Energy Charter: accessibility, free and equal access to the markets, and particularly transparency. This is a matter of transparency."@en1
