Mr President, the commitment can be given that the Presidency will work very hard to find a solution for the Working Time Directive. An incentive for this is, for example, that the way in which doctors’ working hours are interpreted causes huge problems for the Member States, and for this reason too it is very important to find a solution for this directive. It is still too early to say, however, whether we will be able to achieve the outcome that we would like to see."@en1
