The Daphne programme provides an important tool in fighting against violence. In Scotland the ‘zero tolerance’ campaign highlighted that as many as one in three women had been affected by domestic violence. We have to do all that we can to condemn violence against women and children. Only by working together can we achieve an end to these crimes."@en1
