I should just like to come to the question of certification, which was in my original question. This morning Commissioner Piebalgs mentioned, in a question-and-answer session, that there would be certification to underwrite the sustainability of biofuels. Certainly there has been anxiety over illegal logging and certification being difficult to get right in practice, even if it looked good on paper. I should be grateful if you could give me a little more detail on that."@en1
