The extent to which aid and development funding, so well meant, encourages corruption is often very disturbing, and to ensure value for money for our taxpayers and the citizens of the recipient countries, we must continue to look into this. I wholeheartedly endorse the recommendations in this report and am happy to support it today."@en1
