lpv:translated text	"Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, on the subject of equality and rights, I feel that this Parliament shows a certain intolerance towards opinions that are not to its liking. Yesterday I heard a minister of my country’s government and even our supreme court attacked, with many respects paid to the much-extolled independence of the judiciary, because it was considered that certain expressions – which were perhaps disagreeable and perhaps impolite – were definitely offensive. Nonetheless, mentioning somebody’s ethnic origin or certain characteristics does not always constitute a crime of racism. In this Parliament, however, it seems to be taboo to talk about certain subjects. I believe that everyone has the same rights, including the right to freedom of opinion."@en1
