"Question No 4 by Sarah Ludford ()
The EU institutions are required by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001on access to documents to keep a register of documents and to grant direct access to documents in electronic form. Despite recent improvements, the Council Register is not organised in a user-friendly way. Will the Council reorganise its Register and its website, perhaps in a way similar to the European Parliament’s Legislative Observatory and create special webpages for each meeting which allow citizens to trace all relevant agenda documents and follow the decision-making process through its various stages?"@en1
