Thank you for your suggestion. The charter is, of course, already displayed in airports, and it refers to a national body responsible for investigating complaints. That said, you are right that we need to go further in informing consumers and in this field we need to develop much more specific communications that are much more accessible to all. I would ask you to be forgiving, because these provisions are new, but I assure you that I personally am seeing to it that the provisions that I proposed and that Parliament and the Council have agreed to adopt will really be applied.
