lpv:translated text	"As matters stand, EU citizens are entitled to receive healthcare in other Member States and to have the cost of it reimbursed to them in their own countries. This is regarded as a natural part of the internal market. We welcome a uniform framework that clarifies the right to seek healthcare in another EU country. We are thus well disposed towards the Commission’s communication on patient mobility (COM (2004) 0301 ). Parliament’s report deals with areas other than the measures required for achieving satisfactory rules governing the ability to receive healthcare in another EU country. The report deals with everything from telemedicine to EU research on patient mobility. We have thus chosen to vote against Parliament’s report as a whole."@en1
