I should like to say to Mr Allister that this agreement is based on the existing Treaties. We are not anticipating the Constitution. Secondly, on publicity and publicising the results, they are all published in the Official Journal and are available on the Internet. If there are any indications to the contrary, we will follow them up. But the general rule is that we always make them available in the Official Journal and on the Internet. We will, of course, also publish them on the Commission’s website. I hope for a positive vote tomorrow."@en1
