Not only that, but by putting it in the Constitution, these rules and fundamental rights will be legally enforceable to European citizens. That is another argument that has to be put to our citizens. We try to do it in different ways. The best way is often to show the text as it is so that people can read for themselves what are actually set out as fundamental rights for European citizens and explain what that means. We can also do that through information on the web-page or other information materials that we have. There is a constant dialogue with citizens in trying to explain and discuss it with them.
