I would also like to propose one change, as indicated in the voting list, that the word ‘should’ be replaced by the word ‘shall’. The text will then read as follows: ‘The proposed provisions are not intended to affect specific measures in force in national legislation in the context of the fight against certain serious and complex forms of crime, in particular terrorism’. The following will then be added: ‘all measures shall be in conformity with the European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union’."@en1
