"Mr President, in the course of International Women’s Day on 8 March in Istanbul, there was a violent demonstration in which the police used force to disperse the women. At the same time, a European delegation was present in Turkey. I think it ought to have packed its bags immediately. Sometimes, actions speak louder than words.
