"Following on from that, would the Council care to comment on the lackadaisical attitude by the football authorities as regards what happened at the England v. Spain game, where there was lots of racist chanting? It seems to me that racism and hooliganism in football are combining. It is the same sort of group of people, who are not football fans, who are responsible for this. The Council seems to have very few views on the subject. I wonder whether it could expand slightly more?"@en1
