The response of the ethnic Albanians now is absolutely critical. It has been reported that 1000 extra KFOR troops have been deployed in Kosovo because of the fear of rising tension. If Kosovo can overcome this problem in the next day or two, I think that will augur well for a final political solution to the Kosovan crisis and allow the UN administration to withdraw.
