I want to give an explanation of vote on behalf of the European Parliamentary Labour Party as to why it abstained on the amended proposal and then voted for the legislative resolution. Our explanation of vote is very simple. We believe that joint deployment plans are important for the effectiveness of the agency's work. That is why we voted for those amendments. Amendment 36 to 43 clarify the rule of the agency in implementing these joint deployment plans and they also give an appropriate role to Regional Advisory Councils."@en1
