I notice that other amendments - in particular Amendment 3 by the PSE Group - make a distinction between 'run' and 'monitor'. In my intention, 'provide' is a verb 'monitor' or 'run'. So I put an oral amendment to all the amendments referring to the tendering process. Where Amendment 29 by the Green Group, Amendments 32, 33 and 27 state 'to provide' a public service. It should read 'to provide (run or monitor)'. Provide is to run or monitor."@en1
