I therefore welcome the thrust of the resolution and the need to do something. However, I cannot accept the idea of a moratorium. There are security issues, as we have heard today. We need time to develop alternative technologies. I welcome what you said, Madam Commissioner. We should wait for the expert study and then see what action can be taken in January. In the meantime, we have to keep monitoring this serious issue, about which many citizens are concerned."@en1
