".
I voted in favour, although I remain opposed to not holding plenary sessions on Fridays of Strasbourg weeks. Everyone has now realised that removing Friday mornings, halfway through the last legislature, tied in perfectly with both a strategy of trouble making and with the proposals of Members who are, as a rule, anti-Strasbourg. This move – three years’ experience is ample proof of this – has adversely affected our work and has led to an even greater overload of schedules that are already very crowded. Accordingly, I hope that this matter will be looked at again in the future and that, for the benefit of the running of Parliament, the Friday morning sessions will be reinstated."@en1
