As far as I know, the motion of censure is on the European Commission and not on the services of the European Parliament. Let me make it clear that while it is argued by some that there are 100 signatories, I have a duty of care as President, under the Rules of Procedure, to establish and verify who has signed and who stands over the signature. In the fulfilment of that duty of care and in instructing the staff to follow that duty of care on our behalf, I take the responsibility. So if you have a problem about what is going on behind the scenes, talk to me. On my watch we will do it the right way or we will not do it all."@en1
