"I wish to thank Commissioner Wallström for her detailed, informative reply and to assure her that I am aware of the serious concern with which she has always treated this matter. Indeed, in her reply, she referred to the action plan, the climate strategy and the Sixth Framework Programme. I should like to compliment her on her interest in pursuing the whole matter. I hope that the situation will continue to be monitored and will continue to improve. This issue is one of major international concern, but I know that it could not be in better hands that those of the Commissioner."@en1
