It concerns declarations of interest in this House where an interest is a familial one rather than a direct personal one. This has been the subject of various newspaper articles, including a leader in the London which at least to be a serious newspaper. Mrs Fourtou has behaved with extreme honour and goodwill throughout, but has been put in the invidious position of bringing forward a report and then being accused of not having declared an interest. We must have clarity as to whether and when familial interests have to be declared."@en1
